Ramadan packages

Millions of families are struggling to feed their loved ones as food prices continue to rise, in some regions they have already doubled. You can help ease this burden and bring joy during Ramadan.

Our Ramadan parcels include essential food items and local specialties for Suhur, tailored to local needs and dietary habits. Each parcel supports a family of five for at least one month.

A typical parcel costs £45 and contains, for example:

• 5 kg rice
• 5 kg wheat flour
• 5 kg lentils
• 5 kg sugar
• 500 g tea
• 500 g tomato paste
• 1 kg milk for babies
• 2 litres of cooking oil
• 1–2 kg dates
• 1 kg thyme (zarta)
• 1 litre olive oil
• 1 packet of olives
• 1 packet of salami
• 1 packet of sardines
• 1 packet of tuna
• 1 packet of chocolate cream
• 1 packet of cheese spread
• Additional extras when possible
