Zakat ul-Fitr

The obligatory charitable contribution of food known as Zakat al-Fitr must be made prior to the Eid prayer.

We distribute your Zekat al Fitre to the needy this Bayram/Eid. From advantage you donate your Fitre before the Bayram/Eid.

Zakat al-Fitr (fitrana) is charity given to the poor at the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. Barakah Charity UK suggest that £4 is given for each member of the household – including children, adults, servants etc – before the day of Eid.
